Cancellation Policy

All events booked 90 days or more ahead of the scheduled event date require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total base package rate. All events booked 90 days or less from the scheduled event date require payment non-refundable payment in full. Management will allow clients to reschedule their event date under extenuating circumstances with reasonable notice.
