Service Description

All rental packages include onsite security, high-speed wifi, three 50" 4K Smart TV's, color changing skylight, and a full kitchen for food prep and storage. Add-ons are available upon request. 6hrs of event time a $250 security deposit is required (Event Must be 30days out to use the Deposit option to reserve your date) Balance is Due in Full 30 Days Before Event Date

Cancellation Policy

All events booked 90 days or more ahead of the scheduled event date require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total base package rate. All events booked 90 days or less from the scheduled event date require payment non-refundable payment in full. Management will allow clients to reschedule their event date under extenuating circumstances with reasonable notice.
